Prevention and Rehabilitation

Physiotherapy includes the areas of prevention and rehabilitation. On the basis of physiotherapeutic examinations, afflictions of the locomotor system receive a therapy oriented towards the patient’s individual everyday life. Depending on the goal of treatment both passive (i.e. mobilisation, massage, heat treatment) and active (i.e. toning exercises, balance training, cardiovascular training) ways of treatment will be applied.

Thereby, various physiotherapeutic treatment techniques will be adapted, such as manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, lymphatic drainage, massages, fascial therapy etc. All of these techniques will be geared to your personal daily routine.

Active movement exercises will help you to reach your goal as quickly as possible.
