Due to my traingings in osteopathy (5 years), physiotherapy (3 years) and sports physiotherapy (2 years) I can help you to achieve your athletic goals professionally and health-consciously. Every day I may contribute to my patients’ health with my work.

As your personal trainer I want to help you to achieve your aims and to increase your health and vitality. After a detailed anamnesis and analysis of your state of health and motion and the clarification of your training goals, each session of personal training will be adapted to your individual needs.
